I am thrilled to share that I will be joining the TUM School of Life Sciences as a Professor for Global Change Limnology. The Waldvogel lab will move to the Research Station in Iffeldorf starting April 2025!

This opportunity marks an exciting new chapter in my academic and professional journey. In my research and teaching I will focus on bridging limnology with genomics —an integration that I believe holds immense potential for advancing our understanding of aquatic ecosystems.

I look forward to collaborating with brilliant colleagues, inspiring students, and contributing to the cutting-edge research and innovation for which TUM is renowned.

A heartfelt thank you to all my mentors, colleagues, and collaborators who have supported and encouraged me along the way.
